Our Sunday morning children programs
Nursery & Toddlers - is available during the Sunday School and Worship hours. These precious gifts from God enjoy some play time while learning about Jesus' love for them.
Sunday School is a place for kids from JK through grade 5 to dig into the Bible and learn about different people and events. The kids also participate in different activities to help gain a better understanding of the lesson.
Promiseland - is for children from JK through Grade 5 during the worship hour. The children enjoy a time of worship, Bible stories, small group time and snacks. This is also a time of learning about the different books of the Bible and some information found in each.
Our Wednesday night children program
Boys X-treme Team - is a Wednesday night program for boys grades 1 through 5. The boys are learning about different people of the Bible. They have fun with various activities whether paper airplane contests, compass competitions, and hockey tournaments. There is a spring Camp out for the boys to enjoy. We have wonderful volunteers and leaders who are sharing God's love with these boys.
Girls Alive - is our Wednesday night program for girls grades 1 through 5. The girls enjoy a Bible story told by Aunt Bette, games, and craft time with their leaders. Special events include "bring a friend" and "sleep over at the church". We have a dedicated group of volunteers who help share the Word of God
Other Special Children Ministries
K.A.O.S. - Kids Acting Out Spiritually, is a ministry in which kids use their talents to worship God. This is for children in grades 2-5 and they meet during the Sunday School hour 9:15 - 10:20 a.m. These kids use movement such as sign language, "God" rods,materials, and black lights to minister to others. They share with the Temple family thoughout the year in the Sunday morning service. There is also asummer camp for the K.A.O.S. in August
Day Camp – is available for 4 weeks during the summer. This is for kids from 6 – 12 years old (completed SK). Kids get the opportunity to go swimming, bowling, to the beach, Olympic Day, and waterpark. This is also a great opportunity to learn 5 different Bible Stories while discovering a secret code! There is also a week of Youth Camp in August. Check the Day Camp Registration Form for details.
