Temple Baptist Church in Sarnia, ON is searching for a Lead Pastor to oversee and direct the spiritual health and growth of the church through preaching, leadership, shepherding, and pastoral care. This position will involve working with staff and ministry leaders across all ages and life stages. The role will strongly emphasize personal discipleship and spiritual formation, including the practice of spiritual disciplines.
The Lead Pastor will work to ensure that the practices and policies of the church support the development of committed followers of Jesus who seek to glorify God through deepening their own spiritual lives in order to reach and serve the world around them. The successful candidate will model a healthy balance of ministry and personal life.
