The Good and Beautiful God - The most important thing about a person is what they think about God. The path to spiritual transformation begins here.Turning to the Gospels, Smith invites you to put your ideas to the test to see if they match up with what Jesus himself reveals about God. This deep, loving and transformative book will help you discover the narratives that Jesus lived by--to know the Lord he knew and the kingdom he proclaimed--and to practice spiritual exercises that will help you grow in the knowledge of our good and beautiful God.
The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry - Outwardly, Pastor Mark Comer appeared to be successful. Inwardly, things were a mess. Turning to a trusted mentor for guidance, he was told, "Hurry is the great enemy of the spiritual life." It wasn't the response he expected, but it's the one he lives by today. Discover the compelling case in favour of a slower, simpler lifestyle.
Mindset for Men - Most men have heard the saying, “perception is everything.” And there is a lot of truth to this. How we perceive and therefore think about God, and everything in this life, matters. In fact, a flawed perception built on the world’s logic causes men to come to wrong conclusions and results in minds set on the wrong thing. If left unaddressed, men develop mindsets based on untruth that result in behaviours and habits that are hard to break. This is why so many men get stuck—they have mindsets based on worldly ideas that compete with biblical truth and the mind of Christ. So let’s get unstuck together by developing a biblically ground mindset in this 5-week series
